Presented as a loosely based retelling of painter Shuu Ito’s life, the film centers on his relentless sexual domination of two wives and a prostitute. Ito documents each encounter in private journals, espouses a twisted, pseudo‑Sadean philosophy, and pushes the women to the brink of madness with an unyielding, hell‑bent cruelty.
