Baton comprises three 20‑minute sci‑fi anime shorts honoring Yokohama’s 150th anniversary. On the alien planet Abel, humanoid robot Apollo (Ichihara Hayato) and robot‑like human Mikaru (Ueto Aya) find a stowaway robot with a mysterious “Cipher” chip. Apollo’s curiosity triggers the chip, plunging them into a mind‑bending mystery that spans past, present and future.
