In the near future, the emergence of “Adepts”—individuals with extraordinary Septimal Powers—has created global instability. In Japan, the Sumeragi Group works to maintain order, but a rebel group known as QUILL challenges their authority, advocating for unrestricted information, law, and liberty. The conflict between these factions threatens the fragile peace and sparks a struggle for control.
