The film positions itself as a response to Disney’s Fantasia, functioning more as a challenge than a straightforward parody. Its title, “Allegro non Troppo,” translates to “Not so fast!”—an interjection urging you to slow down or think before acting, which highlights the movie’s pessimistic view of Western progress in stark contrast to the optimistic tone of Disney’s original.
