More than twenty years after the beloved Icelandic film On Top (Med allt a hreinu, 1982), the sequel follows a once‑fashionable band that dissolved two decades earlier and now attempts a comeback. Hopes rise until the past haunts them through a determined single mother and an upbeat roadie, leading the group on a journey across Iceland’s striking landscape, across two continents, and even a fleeting glimpse of another world.
