After the Wedding

Upon arriving in Denmark, Jacob is welcomed by a driver and a young man named Christian. He checks into a lavish suite arranged by the corporation, showcasing the stark contrast to his life in India.

Jacob meets Jörgen Hansson, the CEO of the Danish corporation. During this meeting, Jacob learns that Jörgen is still deciding on which project to fund, throwing Jacob's expectations into disarray.

Jacob is invited to the wedding of Christian and Anna, Jörgen's daughter. This event becomes a significant turning point as old connections resurface, especially when Jacob meets Jörgen's wife, Helene.

During the wedding festivities, Jacob discovers that Anna is not Jörgen's biological daughter. Helene confirms that Jacob is actually Anna's father, leading to feelings of anger and betrayal about not knowing this sooner.
