In an isolated, once‑thriving industrial town now largely abandoned, a handful of residents stay out of attachment rather than need, because it is where they were born and raised. The decaying streets echo with memories, yet the community clings to the rhythm of the plant. Among them are Francis, a diligent worker who continues to maintain the rust‑covered machine that once powered the town, and his son Samir.
