On a frosty Christmas Eve, the curmudgeonly Ebenezer Scrooge is confronted by the ghost of his former partner Jacob Marley, whose weary form is bound in heavy chains as punishment for a life of avarice. Marley warns Scrooge that redemption is still possible, but only if he endures three further spectral visits. The haunting tale was filmed at London’s historic Alexander Palace Theatre.
