A hot‑headed Vietnam veteran returns to Los Angeles and takes command of a street gang, launching a violent campaign against the city’s drug dealers. The film plunges into gritty gang wars, pushers’ turf, and treacherous back‑alley traps as the veteran’s fury fuels a brutal fight for control. His quest for vengeance drags the crew into a deadly spiral of street battles and covert assassinations, painting a raw portrait of urban decay.
