A hurricane forces a traveling circus, known for its impressive horse performances, to seek refuge in the small German town of Kaltenbach. When young Ari discovers that one of the circus horses, named Orcan, is threatened, he, along with his friend Carlo and their own horse Ostwind, attempt a daring rescue from the cruel circus director. Their plan is complicated when the director discovers their efforts, and Ostwind also faces danger. The friends must act quickly to rectify the situation and save the horses.
