A mentally unstable prostitute tells a harrowing story of losing her baby during an intense S&M session. She later becomes involved with a man whose wife abandoned him because of his fetishistic cravings. As their relationship deepens, both spiral into increasing mental decline, ultimately agreeing to a mutual double‑suicide.
