Sato is trapped in a paranoid, socially anxious world, convinced the N.H.K. conspiracy is turning fringe dwellers into hopeless recluses. He hoards cheap take‑out, watches endless internet porn and avoids the outside. Misaki, a mysterious neighbor, tries to pull him from his self‑imposed exile, urging him to face his fears while he clings to his virtual‑sex‑game demo. Together they strive for a hint of normalcy.
