Spanning radical turntablism by Otomo Yoshihide, laptop‑driven experiments of Numb, and the subversive use of classical instruments by Sakamoto Hiromichi, the film maps Tokyo’s internationally renowned avant‑garde music scene. It introduces leading artists while offering a kaleidoscopic portrait of the city, blurring music and noise, sound and image, reality and representation, and weaving documentary with fiction.
