Based on a true story, Nina, an elderly woman living alone, is increasingly alarmed by the violence erupting in her neighborhood. After disputes with neighbors, she begins filming the movements of local drug traffickers from her window to aid the police. Months of footage draw a journalist’s attention, who offers to help her continue the effort.
