Beto tends an empty Mexico City house where he once worked as a maid. Ten years of solitude, monotony and his own anxiety have turned his isolation into a fragile sanctuary, shielding him from a world he fears. He only interacts with the house’s lady, whom he respects, and Lupe, his confidante and lover. When the house is sold, Beto must decide whether to break his self‑imposed confinement or cling to his safe routine.
