Inspired by 1960s B-movies, the film follows Doctor Julia Feifer who arrives at an academic conference carrying an organ box containing the brain of Ulrike Meinhof, one of the leaders of the Red Army Faction. After their deaths in Stammheim prison, authorities preserved Meinhof’s brain and those of her colleagues. Doctor Feifer can now communicate telepathically with Ulrike’s brain, which compels her to initiate a new feminist revolution by finding a suitable body for transplantation. The conference is also attended by Detlev Schlesinger, carrying the ashes of Michael Kühnen, a former neo-Nazi leader. Their meeting sparks a clash between opposing ideologies.
