Three men share an abandoned building, scraping together a meager existence. One night they encounter a lonely blind girl, befriend her and invite her to stay, pretending they are wealthy. Learning that 800 lira can restore her sight, one of the men, who has fallen for her, vows to obtain the money by any means.
