At a racetrack filled with Goofy lookalikes, a wealthy Goofy backs the flashy horse Snapshot III while a humbler Goofy wagers on the scruffy Old Moe. Overconfident, Snapshot’s rider delays the start, then resorts to cheating—tripping and even biting rivals. In the end, Snapshot pauses to pose for the photo‑finish, allowing Old Moe to cross first and claim victory.
