During Day 1, the takoyaki stand suddenly catches fire just as the girls return to help; the scare unsettles everyone and tests their teamwork. Firefighters arrive and the incident becomes a catalyst for the girls to prove their resolve. Futaro and Miku are left to face the incident's fallout.

On Day 2, Ichika learns that one of her sisters has collapsed and rushes to a hospital. Futaro supports her during the tense moment, and later they take a quiet walk in a park where Ichika leans on him and they share a kiss. The moment deepens their complicated feelings.

Futaro brings a video confirming Nino's father is visiting the festival; Nino and Futaro go to the hospital to see him and share a pancake moment. Five years later the quintuplets have built successful lives: Nino and Miku run a cafe, Ichika is an actress, Itsuki is a teacher, and Yotsuba is about to marry. Yotsuba even wears her mother's earrings as a wedding gift moment.

On the wedding day, the quintuplets stage a playful final game where Futaro must guess who the bride is. He identifies them one by one and the wedding proceeds smoothly. After the ceremony, they discuss the best country for their honeymoon.
