Fong Sai Yuk, a Chinese folk hero, is played by Meng Fei as an inexperienced youth falsely accused of murder. After two ruthless kung‑fu masters kill his father, Fong is beaten trying to avenge him. His martial‑artist mother subjects him to harsh training and an herbal bath that makes him invulnerable. After a year of training he confronts the masters Yasuaki Kurata and Wang Ching in a final showdown.
