The film challenges the official findings on the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing, asserting that the explosive was placed on board by an unwitting drug mule, Khaled Jafaar, inside a suitcase the filmmaker says was protected by the CIA. It also features former Iranian prime minister Abolhassan Bani‑Sadr, who argues the attack was Iran’s retaliation for the USS Vincennes’ downing of Iran Air Flight 655 in July 1988.
