In southern Italy, as summer draws to a close, the Durati family resides in a secluded house surrounded by a dramatic rocky landscape. Their olive tree plantation is the only link to the outside world, providing both protection and isolation. As the family prepares for the older sister’s wedding, time seems to pass quickly within their sheltered existence. Unbeknownst to Dora, Matteo, Renzo, and Alice, their peaceful reality is about to shatter, and this day will mark their last.
