Vanheden and Dynamite‑Harry are recruited by Sickan’s grandmother and his younger brother Sven‑Ingvar when their arch‑rival Wall‑Enberg plots to hijack the EU’s cultural‑grant scheme. A 350 million‑kronor grant, routed through an Italian bank and converted from 60 billion lire by a Sicilian “businessman,” is to be split among countless accounts. The gang’s target is the floppy disc that holds the account numbers.
