When the truth finally surfaces, Sena confronts the man who discovered Agung’s corpse, Jaka, and in a blind rage he kills him. With Jaka’s dying breath, Sena learns from a hidden notebook that Esti is not a mere assistant but a priestess of the dark cult that has guided Gayatri for generations. The notebook also reveals the “Inheritance Ritual” that the family has been forced to perform: a male heir must be sacrificed and the chosen female heir must drink his blood to become the vessel for the ancient demon.

That night Gayatri and Esti bind a semi‑conscious Dewi in the slaughterhouse and prepare Sena as the sacrificial victim. Esti slashes Sena’s throat with the sacred dagger, collects his blood in a goblet, and forces Dewi to drink it. As Dewi staggers, she sees her mother’s ghost approach, only to realize it is the demon taking shape. The blood‑bound spirit floods into her, completing the ritual and turning Dewi into the new host.

With the demon now inhabiting the only surviving heir, the matriarch’s plan is fulfilled. Dewi will inherit the meat‑processing empire, but she will do so under the demon’s control, likely erasing the memory of the horror that destroyed her family. The film ends on the chilling suggestion that a future generation will be lured into the same cycle, perpetuating the cult’s macabre bargain.
