Tarzan and the Valley of Gold

Vinero believes Ramel holds the key to a lost Aztec city of gold called Tukamay. The boy knows the location and route to the Valley of Gold, making him valuable for Vinero's treasure-hunting scheme. This is why he sends a death squad to seize the child, destroying the farmhouse that sheltered him.

Tarzan prefers to work alone with his unconventional team, relying on his hunting knife, loincloth, and animal companions including chimpanzee Dinky and lion Major. His approach symbolizes the rugged, self-reliant nature that defines his character, choosing personal skill over military resources.

When Vinero sends a helicopter to attack him, Tarzan improvises by using captured weapons, an M1919 Browning machine gun combined with Mk 2 grenades. He fires the machine gun while simultaneously throwing grenades, disabling the aircraft and forcing it to crash.

Earlier, Tarzan refused advanced weapons from the authorities, yet he seamlessly adapts captured enemy equipment when the situation demands it.

In the empty stadium ambush, an assassin poses as a taxi driver and leads Tarzan into a trap. When the driver is killed by the sniper, Tarzan retaliates by grabbing a giant Coca-Cola bottle used for stadium advertising and crushing the sniper with it. This moment showcases Tarzan's resourcefulness and raw strength in turning the environment against his attackers.

Sophia is Vinero's mistress, and he uses her as leverage against anyone who might interfere with his plans. The pendant contains a deadly explosive that can be triggered remotely, giving Vinero a psychological weapon to control her and threaten pursuers. Tarzan later discovers the danger and safely removes the pendant from her neck.

Tarzan locates Sophia in the bush where Vinero has kept her with the explosive pendant around her neck. Using his skill and caution, he safely removes the deadly necklace without triggering the explosive, saving her life. Ramel then reveals that Sophia previously helped him escape, confirming her alignment with the heroes.

After Vinero is defeated and his army is destroyed, the treasure is left behind as the protagonists escape. The gold is abandoned in the ruins of Tukamay, specifically, a significant amount of gold dust rains down and overwhelms Vinero during the final confrontation. The city is evacuated and the treasure remains behind as Tarzan, Sophia, and Ramel return to civilization.

Vinero meets his death during the final battle inside the hidden city. As he reaches for a golden ornament in the treasure chamber, a massive amount of gold dust rains down on him, overwhelming and suffocating the villain. Meanwhile, Tarzan defeats Vinero's massive henchman Mr. Train, completing the villain's downfall.

The chief of Tukamay is a peaceful man who prioritizes his people's lives over treasure. When Vinero threatens to kill everyone with his tank if they resist, the chief agrees to surrender all the gold to save his people. Tarzan persuades him to hand over the wealth and evacuate the civilians, choosing survival over material wealth.

During Tarzan's pursuit of Vinero's kidnappers, the leopard accompanies the group but is killed in the conflict with Vinero's henchmen. The leopard's death represents one of the casualties of the violent chase, and Tarzan responds by eliminating the attackers responsible for the animal's death.

Tarzan enters through the cave entrance that leads to the Valley of Gold. He encounters Vinero's rear guard ambush and uses the environment creatively, shooting down stalactites with a captured Browning Automatic Rifle to clear the path. This improvised weapon attack allows him to push through and enter the lost city.

The final chamber contains a hidden room filled with loose gold dust. During the climactic struggle, when Vinero tries to take the last piece of treasure, the action triggers a cascade of gold dust raining down from above. The massive amount of dust overwhelms Vinero, suffocating him in a poetic justice of greed, literally buried by the wealth he sought.

Earlier, Vinero demands the total haul and refuses mercy, insisting on taking everything, which sets up the ironic ending where the treasure itself becomes his doom.
