In 2015, Cuban artist Tania Bruguera was imprisoned in Havana for advocating freedom of expression. Following her release, she sought out Dr. Frank M. Ochberg, a pioneer in trauma therapy specializing in PTSD and Stockholm Syndrome. The film documents their therapy sessions, offering a revealing examination of Cuba, the pervasive nature of surveillance, and the politics of repression within both government and familial structures. It provides an intimate and profound exploration of these complex issues.
