The timing is cruelly convenient for Lady Caine, who seeks vengeance on Frederic for imprisoning her father after Rapunzel was kidnapped as a child. The coronation ceremony becomes a confrontation as Lady Caine’s ruse is exposed, and Rapunzel reveals the true extent of her golden hair, wielding it as a weapon to subdue the criminals with Eugene’s and Cassandra’s aid.
