Maggie, a successful entrepreneur, returns to her hometown for a will reading and learns she's inherited half of her aunt’s renowned maple candy business. Unexpectedly, the other half goes to Dex, her aunt's maple supplier. Maggie’s return aligns with the town’s annual Sweet Autumn Fest, and she and Dex must unravel the mystery of her aunt’s final wishes through a series of letters. As they work together, a connection grows between Maggie and Dex, forcing her to re-evaluate her current life and consider what truly matters.
