Baixo Astral, an evil spirit living in the sewers, vows to spread unhappiness after seeing Xuxa on TV urging kids to improve the world. With the help of Xixa, a gypsy caterpillar, and rebel teen Rafa, Xuxa sets out to rescue her dog and stop Baixo Astral’s plan.
