Mako and her friends clash with the rival gang known as the Eagles, a hateful, macho group led by the cruel Baron who despise half‑breeds. Their clashes tear through the city's grim alleys. When one member dates a half‑breed, the Eagles unleash a terror campaign to force them out of town. Mako’s crew fights back, aiding their new ally Kazuma in the search for his long‑lost sister.
