Starman

In 1977, the Voyager 2 deep space probe was launched with the intention of exploring the outer planets and beyond. It carried a gold phonographic disk featuring messages of peace and an invitation to extraterrestrial visitors to come to Earth.

An alien spaceship intercepts Voyager 2 in space, leading to the dispatch of a small scout vessel tasked with establishing first contact with humanity. This decision marks a significant step in the timeframe of interstellar communication.

In a twist of fate, the alien scout vessel is shot down by the US government during its approach, reflecting humanity's fears and hostilities towards the unknown. The craft crashes into Chequamegon Bay, Wisconsin, resulting in an unexpected event.

Following the crash, a blue ball of energy emerges from the wreckage, setting the stage for a remarkable and intimate encounter. This alien energy entity finds its way to Jenny Hayden's home, leading to unforeseen consequences.

The alien explores Jenny's belongings, discovering a lock of hair from her deceased husband, Scott. Using this lock of hair, the alien clones a new human body, emerging as the Starman and taking on the appearance of Scott.

Initially shocked, Jenny witnesses the transformation of the alien into her husband. The Starman carries seven small silver spheres, which enable him to perform extraordinary feats and begins to explain his situation to Jenny.
