A band called "The Rockers" and their singer, Bubbles, gain unexpected attention after a video of their Nova Scotia performances goes viral, leading to a European tour opening for Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters. Accompanied by their roadie, Randy, they travel to Prague, but are abruptly removed from the tour and must rely on busking to make ends meet. Facing hardship, they hope for assistance from Ricky and Julian.
