Slender Man

The film opens in a bustling high school where we meet four close friends: Hallie, Wren, Chloe, and Katie. They approach a group of boys to learn about their evening plans but are cryptically told that it’s top secret, sparking curiosity among the girls.

Later that night, Wren picks up Hallie to hang out at Katie's house, where they spend time in the basement. The conversation takes a dark turn when they uncover the boys' plan to summon Slender Man, a malevolent entity infamous for abducting children.

The girls, feeling a mix of excitement and fear, find a video tutorial online on how to summon Slender Man. They shut their eyes tight, preparing for the ominous sound of bells, unaware of the consequences that lay ahead.

A week later, during a class field trip to the cemetery, Katie suddenly becomes terrified and mysteriously vanishes among the trees. Classmates are left frantic, and the police initiate a search, but hope begins to dwindle as hours pass.

At home, Hallie and her sister Lizzie hear unsettling noises downstairs. Upon investigation, they find Katie's dad drunk and angry, blaming Hallie for Katie's disappearance and accusing her of occult practices. Fortunately, police arrive just in time to take him away.

Determined to uncover the truth, Hallie, Wren, and Chloe venture into Katie's house. They sneak into Katie's room and discover her laptop, where they find chilling videos of others’ encounters with Slender Man.

In Katie's chats, the girls find a conversation with a mysterious figure named AleeyCat93, who offers advice about Slender Man. They are warned that recovering Katie may require a sacrifice, deepening their fear but also their resolve.

The girls venture into the woods to appease Slender Man by offering their personal belongings. Wren takes charge, instructing everyone to keep their blindfolds on and not to look away despite the disturbing sounds that emerge from the darkness.

Chloe, overwhelmed by curiosity, tears off her blindfold and encounters Slender Man directly. When Hallie and Wren find her afterward, she appears overly calm, claiming she just lost a shoe, leaving them puzzled and concerned about her mental state.

Back at home, Chloe becomes increasingly withdrawn and receives a disturbing video that shows Slender Man prowling through her house. Strangled in a terrifying encounter, Chloe finds herself gripped by an unseen force, leaving her health and sanity in jeopardy.

In search of answers, Wren visits the library but is plunged into darkness as the lights flicker out. As she shines her phone to illuminate the surroundings, she encounters Slender Man lurking in the shadows, resulting in a horrifying encounter that leaves her traumatized.

Despite sharing a moment with her crush Tom, Hallie is increasingly tormented by visions of Slender Man. An argument with Wren intensifies when Hallie struggles to balance her relationship and the escalating dangers surrounding them.

In a frightening turn of events, Lizzie suffers a severe panic attack at home, leading to her hospitalization. In her troubled state, she reveals to Hallie that she has seen Slender Man, deepening Hallie's concern as the curse seems to spread.

Fueled by a mix of anger and fear, Hallie confronts Wren about her obsession with Slender Man and the events that transpired with Lizzie. This pivotal moment nearly escalates into tragedy when Wren is pulled from the window by Slender Man’s tentacles, leaving Hallie in shock.

In a desperate attempt to save her sister and friends, Hallie confronts Slender Man in the woods. Willing to sacrifice herself for Lizzie's safety, she is ultimately ensnared by Slender Man’s tentacles, merging her with the surrounding nature in a heart-stopping climax.

In the hospital, Lizzie awakens haunted by visions of Hallie and the unfolding tragedy. Alone, she grapples with the horror that consumed her friends and family, realizing she must confront the devastating loss she now faces.
