Tsai Chin, daughter of the notorious Fu Manchu, rules a sprawling vice empire in the Far East. She kidnaps the members of an ultra‑wealthy international rock band and uses erotic chemical hypnosis to force them to surrender all their assets to her organization. Meanwhile, an old foe of Fu Manchu stalks her operation, threatening to ruin everything she has built.
