Yo is a high school student living with her father, Nao, after her mother, Sachiyo, left when she was young. Their life changes when Nao marries Miko, bringing her daughter, four-year-old Hinata, into their home. Feeling uncertain about this new family dynamic, Yo finds solace in confiding in Riku, a fellow member of the art club. Driven by a growing curiosity about her biological mother, Sachiyo, Yo agrees to accompany Riku to Sachiyo’s art exhibition.
