The sins of the father have been passed to his child, and in the near‑future city of Freeport the collapse looms. Rampant crime and corrupt graft threaten to overwhelm the metropolis, leaving only the elite strike force HARDCORPS as a barrier. Led by Colonel John Blade, HARDCORPS remains the last hope for justice as darkness spreads across the city.
