In a sleepy provincial town two teenage gangs clash: a carefree punk crew and a rigid group of bodybuilders who preach order and moral superiority. Their uneasy balance is shattered when two men dressed as poet Pushkin arrive, forming an organization that claims to honor the writer and “save Russia,” seizing control of the community.
