Little Tiger (Yuen Biao) heads to the city to find his brother Big Tiger, a cop fighting corruption. Leaving the police, he joins an acrobatic troupe, showcasing his kung‑fu. After Chin Hung‑yun’s (Sammo Hung) gang attacks, he defeats the thugs and infiltrates it. Mary (Anita Mui) returns, forcing Big Tiger to choose between love and arresting them.
