This film explores the complex and poignant relationship between a paranoid schizophrenic clown and his blind daughter. Living on the fringes of a desolate swamp, they struggle to survive in a world where hope and faith seem lost. The story, set in a location that feels like the end of the world, depicts their bleak existence marked by fear, aggression, and unexpected moments of tenderness. A young woman’s early declaration, “I don’t believe in love because I’ve never seen it,” encapsulates the film’s portrait of loneliness and social isolation.
