Red: Werewolf Hunter

Virginia, a modern descendant of Little Red Riding Hood, brings her fiancé Nathan home. Her brother Marcus and friend Jake warmly welcome her, with Jake explaining the family nickname 'Red' passed down through generations. The family appears close-knit and shares a strong tradition.

Nathan encounters a staggering man on the driveway who, before dying, utters the name 'Gabriel'. Soon after, the man turns to ashes, and the sheriff arrives to contain the mysterious situation. Nathan begins to suspect something unusual happening in the town.

Virginia reveals to Nathan that their family hunts werewolves. She explains that to break the curse, they must kill the wolf that turned a person, especially before someone kills a human during a full moon. Nathan reacts skeptically but listens carefully.

While hunting in town, Nathan successfully kills a werewolf. The group attacks several others, and afterward, they find a girl locked in their trunk who warns about a deadly 'Game' planned by the wolves, implying humans might not survive the scheme.

During a campfire, Nathan unexpectedly transforms into a wolf for the first time. Virginia desperately locks him up overnight to keep him safe, and he wakes up in a cell, indicating he is now cursed but still has some control.

Marcus and Jake are taken captive for the wolves' 'Game', where victims are hunted for sport. Tragically, by the end of the night, the brothers are killed, intensifying the family's resolve to stop Gabriel and end the curse.

Gabriel seizes the opportunity during the final preparations and kidnaps Virginia. Nathan races to find her, eventually locating her after rescuing her brothers earlier. They prepare for the ultimate confrontation before the full moon.

As the sun sets, Nathan is locked in a cage with the grandmother watching. Virginia fights off several werewolves and confronts Gabriel upstairs. She uses silver paint on Gabriel, causing him to fall, then plunges a harpoon into his heart, killing him.

Nathan, in werewolf form, kills the grandmother who tries to shoot him. Virginia later finds her grandmother dead and Nathan transformed back into a human, having survived the curse temporarily. He pledges love to Virginia, despite the chaos.

After the battle, Virginia discovers she's been bitten by a werewolf. She follows a trail of blood into an old building where Nathan is human again. Nathan pledges a life together, but Virginia, in a moment of despair, stabs him with a silver knife.

Virginia reads the story of Little Red Riding Hood to a young girl, echoing her own story. As a werewolf howls in the distance, Virginia’s future remains uncertain, symbolizing the ongoing presence of the curse and her complex affections for Nathan.
