Developed by scientists, the "Quadrant" helmet promises to confront and conquer one's deepest fears by transporting their mind into a terrifying, simulated reality. However, the experiment takes a dark turn when Erin, a young woman fascinated by Jack the Ripper, uses the device and transforms into a modern-day version of the infamous killer. She initially terrorizes an AI recreation of London within the Quadrant, then escapes into the real world, hunting victims. To stop her, an equally violent killer must enter the artificial Quadrant and face her in a brutal, bloody confrontation across both realities.
