Juanjo, a middle-aged man, struggles with his baldness as his image-conscious wife, Inma, constantly emphasizes it. His friend Sebas is even more preoccupied with his hair loss and seeks drastic measures to restore his youthful appearance, impacting his ex-wife and daughters. Determined to get a hair transplant in Turkey, both men embark on a comical journey. There, they encounter Rayco, a successful reggaeton singer facing an alopecia crisis.
