Two bored office clerks, tasked with the mind‑numbing work of punching cards and barely getting along, create a game to devise the most absurd line they can think of. They start calling strangers and reciting the nonsense phrase. Their harmless prank spirals into widespread confusion, prompting anti‑terrorist intervention, police interrogations, a loss of state credit and even a governmental change, all while the clerks remain clueless about the chaotic chain of events they set in motion.
