While taking a train ride with Penta, the penguin unexpectedly falls ill, leading to a surprising turn of events where Penta escapes its cage and turns back into a soda can. This incident raises more questions for Aoyama and his friends.

Aoyama visits a cafe for an intriguing chess match with the Lady, who shares her struggles with sleeplessness linked to her reading about the Jabberwock. This interaction deepens Aoyama's fascination with her unique abilities.
