Danny Chan plays Po, a wealthy young musician whose father favors his younger brother Paul (Paul Chung). Lacking support, Po launches a determined solo music career. Leslie Cheung’s Wing, from a poor family, pretends he is well‑off. Their friendship strains deeply when Po discovers Wing’s true situation, provoking an inferiority complex.
