Set in 19th-century Brazil, a hardened killer seeks a path to redemption by hunting down a powerful land baron who is exploiting and terrorizing the local population. As he carries out his mission, the assassin grapples with his conscience and the morality of his actions, forcing him to confront his violent nature and consider a chance at a different future. This gritty Western blends familiar genre tropes with a distinctly Brazilian perspective.
