A hospital welcomes new nurse Yukari (Tomomi Segawa), who is placed in the first‑year dorm where any male visitor is punished with a heavy water‑hose blast (“You dirty animals, stop resisting!”). While forming bonds with fellow nurses, Yukari ignores warnings and becomes involved with head surgeon Dr. Muraoka, whose charming exterior hides a sinister side, including non‑consensual sexual acts and inappropriate use of cooking ingredients.
