Cousins Wally and Ray plot to claim their Scottish grandfather’s aviation fortune, pulling them into the U.S. Flying Corps. A stray balloon carries them over enemy lines; they are mistaken for heroes and sent back as spies. Captured and nearly executed, the comic chaos ends happily. Only about 20 minutes of the original six‑reel comedy survive.
