The Dokutake ninja steal a shipment of saltpeter from Shinbei’s father to make a potion that grants flight and super‑ninja abilities. Danzō, whose father was transporting the goods, hides aboard and is taken to the Dokutake’s secret base. When Shinbei alerts the school, Yamada‑sensei and Doi‑sensei rush to help, but Hagumi attempts a rescue herself. Their plan fails, endangering everyone until Rikichi, Yamada‑sensei’s clever son, intervenes. Rantarō and his friends must stop Happousai before it’s too late.
