Ninja Terminator

The Ninja Empire marks two decades in power with a grand celebration. The Supreme Ninja commands his three top warriors—Tamashi, Baron, and Harry MacQueen—to present the three pieces of the Golden Ninja Warrior. The promise of uniting the pieces hints at a weapon capable of withstanding blades.

The trio realizes the power of the Golden Ninja Warrior would be too dangerous in the wrong hands. They steal and separate the statue, breaking its unity and setting off a clandestine race to control the pieces. The empire believes the artifact should be destroyed or reformed to prevent misuse.

Karada defeats the rogue Ninja Tamashi and recovers the body of the Golden Ninja Warrior for the Empire. He brings the prize to Yamato, the Supreme Ninja's loyal warrior, linking the stolen relic back to the Empire. The empire now seeks to reconcile or retrieve the pieces.

Baron tasks Tiger Chan to determine whether Tamashi passed the statue's body to Ikaza or Michiko. The search triggers a deadly chain of events as Ikaza is killed by Tiger's agents.

Jaguar Wong learns of Ikaza's death and informs his employer, Harry. Acting on Harry's advice, Jaguar guards Michiko from Tiger Chan and defeats several agents. A tense warning to Michiko follows, but she mistakes his questions for threats.

Yamato, wearing a red ninja uniform, attacks Harry with a throwing star and then turns on Baron with another of the same weapon. The two masters realize someone in the Empire is triggering the power shift and start suspecting each other.

Jaguar Wong reconnects with his former lover Lily, who confesses she now loves Victor Lee, Tiger Chan's right-hand man. Their complicated romance adds a personal layer to the growing conflict.

After comparing the throwing stars used against them, Harry concludes Yamato is the true culprit with access to the weapons. He suggests Yamato killed Tamashi and planted misdirection to split the two allied masters.

Yamato sends a tiny robot to threaten Harry and demands the return of his piece within three days. Baron also receives a threatening toy robot from the Empire. The escalating threats push the uneasy alliance of Baron and Harry toward action.

Despite suspicions, Baron and Harry decide to team up to reclaim their pieces. They move toward a common goal while remaining wary of one another and of Yamato's ultimate plan.

Tiger Chan kidnaps Michiko to lure them to the location of the Golden Dragon Warrior's body. Jaguar retaliates by kidnapping Lily to use as a hostage exchange with Victor Lee.

During the exchange, Jaguar discovers the woman presented as Michiko is an impostor, while the real Michiko is held by a remote-controlled time bomb. Jaguar manages to rescue Michiko just in time.

Baron receives a video from Yamato demanding the return of all pieces and that Baron commit suicide to restore his honor. Yamato issues a stark ultimatum with consequences for failure.

Jaguar defeats Tiger Chan, clearing the path for the final meeting. Baron and Harry bring their pieces to the designated place where Yamato arrives with the statue's body. The two masters attack Yamato in turn; Baron is killed, and Yamato pleads for mercy as the power shifts.

Harry overpowers Yamato and unites the three pieces of the Golden Ninja Warrior, gaining its immense power. Yamato appears to blow himself up through force of will as the artifact becomes whole, extinguishing the immediate threat to the Empire.
